Renovations and Programs: Navigating Museum Spaces in Transition
Many museums are undergoing renovation or expansion projects, some planned pre-COVID, others spurred by timely opportunities of post-pandemic growth and generous donors. Capital projects, whether renovations, expansions, or new constructions, inspire innovation but pose operational challenges.
Join Casey Goldman-Davis from the American Sign Museum for strategies on adapting museum programming during expansions, renovations, or when normal learning spaces are under construction - and gain insights for collaborating across departments and with architects or vendors.
